1. Custom Product Policy
All our products are custom-made based on the photos and instructions provided by the customer.
Due to the personalized nature of our work:
❌ Returns are not accepted once the artwork has been completed or delivered.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before work has started
- Once the artist begins working on your sketch, cancellation is not possible
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
✔ Order canceled before work begins
✔ Duplicate payment or billing error
✔ Unable to process your order due to technical issues
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Revisions & Corrections
- We may provide a preview of your artwork before final delivery
- You can request reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
For physical deliveries:
- If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue

6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after work has started
- Low-quality photo provided by customer
- Minor artistic differences (as artwork is handmade)
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
7. Digital Products
- Digital artwork once delivered via email is non-refundable
- Please ensure all details are correct before final approval
